MIA Femtech before and after: real cases
In brief: MIA Femtech is designed to achieve subtle, proportionate and natural-looking augmentation. This gallery includes only real cases with full clinical details so you can compare the changes in front, oblique and side views.
Before comparing
Look for anatomy similar to yours, not just the same number of cc
Implant volume is only one part of the result. Chest width, existing breast tissue, nipple position, skin elasticity, height and weight all affect how the same volume looks. That is why these details remain visible and you can filter the cases.
The photographs provide guidance, but no image can promise that another patient will achieve the same result.

Interpreting the photographs
Three ways to make before and after photos useful
Compare proportions
Focus on patients with height, weight, chest and starting breast shape similar to yours. Two implants of the same volume can look very different.
Look at all three views
The front view helps assess symmetry and cleavage; the oblique view shows the transition of the upper breast, and the side view helps you understand projection.
Consider the timing
The breasts change as swelling subsides and the implant settles into its pocket. An early result is different from the stable appearance in later months.
Dr. Jorge Aso's approach
A gallery helps you understand possibilities, rather than copy a breast shape
During a consultation, we do not choose a photograph to reproduce. We measure your anatomy, assess tissue coverage and use comparable cases to explain what change is reasonable for your body.
Results and limitations
MIA aims for balance and modest augmentation
The Diamond implants used in MIA currently go up to 195 cc. Their geometry can provide noticeable projection for that volume, but the technique is not intended to achieve a large augmentation, remove skin or correct significant breast sagging on its own. When the patient's goals or anatomy require something different, Preservé, conventional augmentation or a breast lift may be considered.
Questions when comparing cases
Frequently asked questions about MIA results
Why can 190 cc look different in two patients?
Because the result combines the implant with the existing breast. Chest width, breast base, starting projection, tissue coverage, nipple position and body proportions all vary.
When can the final result be assessed?
The change is visible from the beginning, but swelling, some firmness and differences in height are common during the first few weeks. The shape continues to evolve for months, and a more stable assessment is generally possible between 6 and 12 months.
What if I want more volume than the cases shown?
MIA may not be the right technique. Preservé expands the minimally invasive options, and conventional augmentation offers even more sizes and placement options. The choice depends on your goals and tissue coverage.
