Breast surgery in Madrid, planned around you.
Your first conversation can happen from home. Discuss your goals with Dr. Jorge Aso in English, then plan the next steps with a clearer understanding of your options.
Every plan begins with your anatomy, medical history and priorities. An in-person examination and further assessment may be needed before any final decision about surgery.
A video consultation is an initial medical assessment. It is separate from an in-person appointment and does not guarantee that surgery is suitable.

A thoughtful route to care
From the first conversation to your recovery plan.
Good decisions take more than a flight booking. We help you understand the clinical steps before you commit to travel.
Meet Dr. Aso by video
Talk through your goals and questions in English. The clinic explains which information is needed to prepare your assessment.
Confirm your options in Madrid
An examination and any necessary tests help determine which procedure, if any, is appropriate for you.
Plan beyond surgery
Discuss the length of your stay, reviews, travel and arrangements after returning home before you decide.

Begin from home
A conversation before the journey.
The initial video consultation lasts 30 minutes. Before the call, the clinic explains which photographs and measurements are needed so Dr. Aso can prepare. Please wait for instructions before sending clinical photographs or medical records.
For some procedures, Crisalix 3D simulation may help you discuss proportions and possible changes. It is a conversation tool, not a prediction or guarantee of a result. A remote assessment has limits; an in-person examination may still be necessary.

Meet your surgeon
A personal decision, guided by Dr. Jorge Aso.
Dr. Aso is a specialist in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery and director of Clínica Dr. Aso. Your consultation is a chance to explain what matters to you, ask about the limits of each technique and understand which options fit your anatomy.
His breast surgery practice includes conventional augmentation, MIA Femtech, Preservé, breast lift, revision and reduction. The right procedure is determined individually; a less invasive technique is not appropriate for every patient.
Your visit to Madrid
Know the practical details before you book.
Calle de Jorge Juan 69, local derecho28009 Madrid, Spain
This is the consultation address. If surgery is proposed, the team confirms the hospital and operative arrangements separately.
Before booking flights or accommodation, discuss:
- Which consultations, tests and in-person assessments are needed before surgery.
- How long you may need to stay in Madrid and whether someone should accompany you.
- When postoperative reviews will take place and how readiness to travel is assessed.
- What your written quote includes, excludes and how unexpected care would be arranged.
- How to contact the clinic and what to do if you need urgent help.
There is no stay length or return-flight date that suits every patient. Your procedure, health and recovery shape the plan. Agree your travel arrangements with the clinical team.
Care after the procedure
Follow-up belongs in the plan.
Before choosing treatment abroad, understand the planned reviews in Madrid and what happens after you return home. Ask which concerns can be discussed remotely, when an examination is needed and whom you should contact locally for urgent care.
The clinic discusses arrangements suited to your case. Not every part of postoperative care can take place by video, and additional treatment, travel or accommodation is not automatically included in a surgical quote.

These procedures differ in indication, limitations and risks. Your assessment is where you can compare the alternatives relevant to your goals. A minimally invasive approach does not make surgery risk-free.
Questions before you travel
Clear answers help you plan.
Can I have my first consultation in English?
Yes. Dr. Aso speaks fluent English and has undertaken training in the United States. You can also contact the clinic team in English by email and WhatsApp.
Can everything be decided before I travel?
A video consultation helps you discuss your goals and receive an initial assessment. A final plan may require an in-person examination and additional tests or assessments.
How long should I stay in Madrid?
This depends on your procedure and individual recovery. Discuss appointments and follow-up with the clinical team before finalising travel plans. A suggested schedule is not a guarantee that you will be ready to travel on a particular date.
Is a 3D simulation available?
It may help during some consultations when the photographs, measurements and proposed procedure allow it. A simulation supports discussion; it does not guarantee an outcome.
Can you help with accommodation and transfers?
These can be arranged as customised additions to the optional Panathea program, which starts at €2,000 in addition to surgery. Accommodation and transfers are not automatically included at that starting price; a proposal sets out the services and total cost.
Are video and in-person consultations the same booking?
No. A video consultation takes place remotely. An in-person consultation takes place at the clinic in Madrid. Confirm which appointment you need when contacting the team.
Your first step
Start the conversation in English.
Tell us which procedure you are considering and which country you would travel from. We can explain the next step and whether an initial video consultation is useful before arranging your trip.
