Deadlines are calculated from your chosen appointment date and time, using Madrid local time. To cancel, request a change or arrange a refund, email consulta@doctoraso.es. Reception processes these requests manually.

01 / BOOKING AND PAYMENT

Choose your appointment and complete the prepayment

Your booking requires a 100 EUR prepayment through Stripe. After accepting these terms, you can choose the reason for your first consultation, the doctor, the date and the time from the available options in DriCloud.

Complete the calendar’s booking and payment steps. Checking the box or opening the calendar does not confirm an appointment or charge you. If you have not completed payment or cannot verify its outcome, contact reception before treating your booking as confirmed.

Cancellations, date changes and refunds must be requested through reception and are processed manually at consulta@doctoraso.es. Returning to this page or closing the payment screen does not process these requests automatically.

02 / CANCELLATION

Full refund with at least 15 calendar days’ notice

If you cancel with 15 calendar days’ notice or more, we will refund the full 100 EUR prepayment. If you cancel with less than 15 calendar days’ notice, the 100 EUR is non-refundable.

When fewer than 15 calendar days remain, you may request a date change at no charge and retain your prepayment, provided you give at least 3 business days’ notice and an appointment is available. This allows you to reschedule, not to cancel with a refund.

If you book an appointment that is already less than 15 calendar days away, the non-refundable condition applies from the moment of payment.

Deadline for cancellation with a refund15 calendar days before your appointmentThe deadline uses the same time of day in Madrid local time. Cancelling exactly at this deadline qualifies for a full refund.

03 / RESCHEDULING

Reschedule at no charge with at least 3 business days’ notice

You can request a change at no charge with at least 3 business days’ notice, subject to availability. The 100 EUR is retained and applied to the new date, even if fewer than 15 calendar days remain before the original appointment.

With less than 3 business days’ notice, if you cancel or request a date change, you forfeit the 100 EUR prepayment: it is neither refunded nor transferred to another appointment. This also applies if you still wish to attend a consultation but on a different day. A new booking requires a new prepayment.

Request the change by emailing reception at consulta@doctoraso.es; do not create a second booking to replace the first.

Deadline for rescheduling at no chargeAt least 3 business days before your appointmentBusiness days are Monday through Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays applicable in the city of Madrid. The deadline is calculated by counting back 3 business days from the appointment date, at the same Madrid local time. With exactly 3 business days remaining, you can request a change at no charge. With less notice, the prepayment is forfeited even if you request another date.

04 / PAYMENT STATUS

Already paid? Do not pay again.

Returning from Stripe does not, by itself, prove that payment has been completed. Check your booking status before treating payment as confirmed.

If you have already paid, do not pay again, even if confirmation has not appeared yet. If you are unsure or suspect a duplicate payment, contact consulta@doctoraso.es to check. Do not create another booking to verify a payment.
